Why isn't calculator X showing up?

If a calculator is missing — either from your Manage Calculators page or from a live embed — it's almost always one of three things.

1. Region mismatch

Each calculator is tagged to a region: AU, NZ or US. Your account's region determines which calculators appear on your dashboard.

• AU accounts: Australian calculators (loan repayment, stamp duty, LMI, LVR, negative gearing, etc.)
• NZ accounts: NZ calculators (KiwiSaver, Bright-Line, NZ borrowing capacity)
• US accounts: US calculators (HELOC, 1031 exchange, FHA loan, etc.)

If you're an AU broker who occasionally serves NZ clients (or vice versa), email support — we have options for multi-region access.

To check your region: Dashboard → Settings → Account Info.

2. Not enabled yet

The calculator exists in your region's catalogue but you haven't ticked it on Dashboard → Manage Calculators.

Fix: Tick the calculator, save. It's live on your subdomain immediately.

3. Filtered out by widgets= on a specific embed

The calculator is enabled on your account, but a specific embed on your site uses widgets=a,b,c and the calculator you're looking for isn't in that list.

Fix: Edit the embed code on your page and add the calculator ID to the widgets= list.

Bonus: cache

If you just enabled a calculator and don't see it on your live page, hit a hard refresh in the browser (Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+R). The embed page caches briefly to keep load times fast.
