Welcome to CalcWidgets. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mortgage calculator widget services. CalcWidgets provides embeddable calculator widgets designed specifically for Australian mortgage brokers and real estate professionals.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

CalcWidgets provides:

• Embeddable mortgage calculator widgets
• Custom branding and theming options
• Analytics and usage reporting
• Technical support and maintenance

Our calculators are designed for Australian mortgage market conditions and regulations. Results are estimates only and should not be considered as financial advice.

You agree to:

• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate information when registering
• Not modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute our widget code
• Include appropriate disclaimers on your website regarding calculator results
• Comply with all applicable Australian financial services regulations

CalcWidgets retains all rights to our widget technology, algorithms, and software. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to embed and use our widgets on your website(s) during your subscription period.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our widgets without prior written consent.

Important: Our calculators provide estimates only. Results should not be considered as financial advice or guarantees of loan approval or terms.

We provide our services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• 100% uptime or availability
• Accuracy of all calculations
• Compatibility with all website platforms
• That our service will meet your specific requirements

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services in the 12 months preceding any claim.

We collect and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Australian privacy laws. By using our services, you consent to our data collection and use practices as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring your own privacy policy covers the use of our widgets on your website.

7.1 Billing. Subscription fees are billed in advance. Monthly subscribers are charged each month; annual subscribers are charged once per year on the anniversary of signup. All prices are in AUD and exclude GST.

7.2 Optional Done-for-You setup fees. Professional plan customers may optionally purchase Done-for-You branded theme setup as a one-time add-on at checkout: $899 for monthly subscribers and $699 for annual subscribers (a $200 saving for committing annually). Customers who do not purchase setup may use our free DIY theme builder.

7.3 Refunds. Subscription fees and setup fees are non-refundable except where required by the Australian Consumer Law. Specifically:

• Monthly subscriptions: you may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing month. No refund is provided for the current month.
• Annual subscriptions: you may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid annual term. No partial refund is provided for unused months.
• Done-for-You setup fees: non-refundable once paid, as work commences immediately upon receipt of payment.

7.4 Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not trigger a refund of fees already paid.

7.5 Price changes. We may change our pricing with 30 days notice. Changes apply to your next billing cycle. Existing annual subscribers are not affected mid-term.

7.6 Failed payments. If a payment fails, we will retry over 7 days. If the payment remains unsuccessful, access may be suspended until the account is brought current.

Nothing in this section limits or excludes any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.

Either party may terminate these Terms with 30 days notice. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our widgets ceases immediately, and you must remove all widgets from your websites.

These Terms are governed by Australian law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
